Spiraling Again

My life is capsizing.

These memories are haunting,

The pain is paralyzing,

And life is daunting.

I've been searching for new ways to cope,

Spiraling, I'm a self-sabotage disaster.

Slowly, losing hope.

The barrage of bad decisions, I've mastered.

These demons inside,

Always come alive,

Before it was only at night,

Now, there's no evading.

I'm trying to fight,

But I'm fading.

I don't know who I am,

I've lost myself.

Watching my life go up in flames,

All while trying to numb the pain.

It's getting bad again.

Will this ever end?
